  My family and I come here often. Usually the service and food are extremely good, but on occasion they have a bad day. There is usually a ton of stuff on the menu to choose from and a great kids menu as well.

  OK, I have gotten good service here in the past, tonight my wife and I sat waiting to order our drinks, For a half an hour! During that time certain tables got world class service, once he finally came to take our order we got our drinks and food ordered. It didn't take long for him to get our drinks but once he dropped the drinks we didn't see him agin for another 30-45 minutes when he dropped our food off. The next time we saw him was check time. We never got refills on our drinks, or even a question about refills or other needs. My wife even tried the get one of the other waiters attention to get refills but it was like we where invisible.
